Concerns raised in good faith are taken seriously and protected. The concerns intended to be handled through the whistleblower reporting process are:
Fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct
Discrimination, harassment, or abuse of power
Health, safety, or environmental violations
Data protection or privacy risks
Breaches of law or Bolt’s Code of Conduct

Who can report
Bolt’s whistleblower channel is open to more than just employees. Anyone connected to the company can report a concern, including:
Employees and ex-employees
Job applicants, trainees, and freelancers
Contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Shareholders or business partners
People helping a whistleblower, even indirectly

How SpeakUp® works
SpeakUp® is an independent reporting tool that is secure, confidential, reports can be made anonymously if you wish. Here’s how it works:

Accessible online, via the mobile app, and in multiple languages
All reports go directly to Bolt’s Ethics Committee. They handle every case with care and in line with our Whistleblower Policy and local laws.

We’ve got your back
Raising a concern should never put you at risk. Bolt treats every report with care, confidentiality, and legal protection.
Anonymity: You can report without sharing your name. SpeakUp® doesn’t track your identity unless you choose to provide it.
Confidentiality: Your identity will only be shared if required by law and with your consent.
No retaliation: You’re protected by law when reporting in good faith. No action will be taken against you for speaking up.
Misuse of the process, such as false reporting in bad faith, is not tolerated.
