What is the PIN code and why do I need it?
For some orders, a PIN code will be generated to make sure your food is delivered safely. You’ll need to share this code with the courier to confirm your delivery.
Where can I find my PIN code?
The PIN is displayed on the active order screen in your Bolt Food app, under the estimated time of arrival.
Can I still use contactless delivery?
No. If your order requires a PIN, you must meet the courier in person and provide the code to confirm delivery.
When should I share the PIN code?
Only give the PIN code to the courier after they arrive with your order. Do not share it in advance to avoid misunderstandings or failed deliveries.
