Mandatory Use of Safety Gear
Please note that wearing a reflective vest and helmet is required by law.
You are not required to use Bolt-branded equipment. However, any vest and helmet used must comply with legal safety standards and regulations.
Consequences of Not Using Required Safety Gear Couriers who:
- fail to provide proof of ordering a safety vest, or
- are found completing deliveries without the required safety gear,
may have their accounts temporarily suspended until compliance with safety requirements is confirmed. Please prioritize your safety and the safety of others on the road.
