If you’re not seeing your cashback applied to your Bolt Balance, please make sure that:
- Your ride was booked in the Taxi category
- You used an in-app payment method (Card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay)
Cash and terminal payments are not eligible
- You haven’t exceeded the limit of 3 cashback-eligible Taxi rides
Things to Keep in Mind
- Cashback is automatically added to your Bolt Balance
- It will not appear as a strikethrough discount
Unlike promotions, cashback isn’t deducted upfront. Instead, it’s credited to your balance after the ride
- It will show as a reduced amount charged to your payment method
- Cashback is capped at 30% of the trip fare, up to AED 15 per eligible ride
- The offer is valid until 30 June 2025
- Cashback earned from Taxi rides can be used on other Bolt ride categories
Still Missing Cashback?
If more than 24 hours have passed and you haven’t received your cashback:
- Open the app and go to Support > Get help with a recent ride
- Select the relevant trip
- Follow the prompts to chat with Support
