Bolt charges a commission on the final price of each trip in Dubai.
This commission applies to both cash and card rides and cancellation fees when applicable. However, tips, bonuses, airport, and toll fees are excluded from the commission.
The commission is calculated automatically and deducted from your weekly earnings. You can see the total commission charged in:
- The Reports section of the Fleet Portal (Bolt Fleets)
- The Earnings section of the Driver app
