How to fix an app notification issue

If you are experiencing an app notification issue, check:

  • That Sound and Notification settings are turned on for the Bolt Food app
  • That the device volume is turned up to the maximum
  • That the Do not disturb setting is disabled
  • Automatic Rules option - turn all of these rules off
  • That media notifications are set to the maximum volume.

You can also perform a hard device restart and reopen the Bolt Food app. If the issue persists, please contact Support for help.
