If you didn't receive your payout, please make sure:
- The bank account details associated with your driver profile are correct. If there is a typo, please update the bank account details.
- Your balance by the end of the week was positive.
Once you meet the criteria above, the sum will be included in your current balance and paid with your next payout. A payment cycle runs from Monday (00:00) to Sunday (23:59). If you are due to receive a payout, we will send the funds the following week.
The payout will be sent to the bank account or mobile wallet linked to your driver profile. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 2–5 business days to receive the funds.
If you meet the criteria but haven’t received your payout within 5 business days, please contact our Support Team in the app.
