Bolt commission fee

Bolt charges a commission fee in all markets where we operate. In Azerbaijan, we charge a commission of 19-21.83% of the cost of each ride, depending on the city. The commission is calculated automatically and deducted from your weekly earnings. You can see the amount of the commission fee charged in the "Earnings" section. PS After the payment is confirmed, it may take 24 hours for the amount to appear in your balance.

Important information about commission

The commission applies to both cash and card withdrawals.

The commission does not apply to gratuities, bonuses, tolls, cancellation fees, or booking fees.

The commission will be calculated automatically and reflected directly in your application.

Failure to pay the commission will result in a temporary suspension of cash on delivery orders due to debt. At this time, you can ONLY receive ride orders by card.

Pay for Bolt using Payment Terminals

1. View your balance in the app. 2. Click on Balance. 3. Click on Pay to Bolt. 4. View your payment details. 5. At the terminal, choose the Taxi section in either "milli on" or "e-manat". 6. Select Bolt Taxi. 7. Enter your Driver ID. 8. Select Next. 9. Choose the payment amount and complete the transaction.
