Submit a complaint:

1. Report technical or compliance issues related to your account;

2. Flag illegal content or activity; or

3. Appeal for Bolt to review a decision:
  • affecting your account, such as suspension or termination of your account or monetary payments to you, or
  • made in relation to illegal content.

Before submitting a complaint, please read Bolt complaint-handling guidelines clarifying how complaints are dealt with. For general feedback or topics not listed below, please contact our Support team instead.

All data and documents you submit via this form will be processed by Bolt in accordance with the privacy notices made available on our website.
