I can’t unlock the car

If you unlocked the car in the app but can’t open the vehicle door:

  • Check the car's licence plate to make sure you're trying to unlock the correct car
  • Lock and unlock the car again and try opening the door.

If you can't unlock the car via the in-app button, follow the instructions in the app's error message.

If you still can't unlock the car or open the doors, please contact our Support team via the app.
