- Behaviour complaints
- Impersonating another courier
- Sharing your account with another person
- Incorrect pricing (collecting more money, reporting incorrect cash, etc.)
- Selecting the incorrect vehicle mode
- Low ratings
- Low acceptance rate
- Missing/expired documents
- Irregular activities that go against our Terms and Conditions.
