To update your bank details, go to the Documents tab in the Driver Portal and upload a new Confirmation of bank account holder. Our team will review your document, and you’ll receive an email once it’s updated.
Please make sure that your document meets the following requirements:
- The bank account number and account owner's name are visible
- The bank account owner matches the business entity holder
- The document is an online banking statement, a screenshot from online banking, or an official confirmation from the bank
