If you've accidentally taken the car keys, fuel card, or charging card, use the car filter "My last cars" to see if the car you used is available.

If it's available, reserve it, go to the car, and place the item in the cup holder. Avoid the minimum fee charge by not starting the ignition.

If it has been a long time since the keys or the fuel card were taken, we may have replaced them, and the car may have moved. In this case, please follow the instructions below:

• Tallinn, Estonia: Drop off the car keys or the fuel card at the postbox outside our office at Vana-Lõuna 15
• Rīga and Jūrmala, Latvia: Please contact our Support team via the app.
• Vilnius, Lithuania: Drop off the car keys or the fuel card at the Vilnius Bolt office at Žalgirio g. 90 (open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00)
• Kaunas and Klaipėda, Lithuania: Please contact our Support team via the app.
• Berlin, Germany: Drop off the car keys or the fuel card at the Berlin Bolt office at Karl-liebknecht-Straße 29, 10178, Berlin (open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00)
• Prague, Czech Republic: Pernerova 35, Praha 8 - Karlín. Drop off the car keys or the fuel card to the 3rd-floor mailbox in front of the office door.

We may charge a penalty for lost keys or a missing fuel card, so returning them without delay is important.
