If your initial cooking time needs to be increased to prepare the order, you can select a new preparation time before accepting the order.

• Tap the Other button
• Select a different preparation time
• Tap the Accept order button to confirm.

Note: It isn't possible to adjust the preparation time in-app after accepting the order. If you notice that the saved preparation time is inaccurate, please contact the customer to notify them about the delay.
