• Have a card terminal
• Carry enough change

If you are in a fleet, contact your Fleet Owner directly to request the change for cash orders.

As an independent driver, you can turn cash rides on or off by filling in the Google form ↗. Ensure to use the email address linked to your active Bolt account. Your request will be processed within the next business day.
