Passenger T&C change notice: 24 September 2022

We are updating our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) taking effect from 24 September 2022.

Bolt is changing how it calculates its fares to include a passenger service fee. The total estimated price for each journey displayed to you in our app will always take into account any service fee, so this change will not affect how you use the Bolt platform or the way you order journeys on the app.

Our T&Cs are therefore being updated accordingly. Our FAQ on additional fees will set out how service fees are calculated, which may change from time to time.

We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the new General Platform Terms: Passengers in advance of it taking effect. You can also download a PDF version for your future reference.

If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your contract with us at any time by contacting us via the Bolt App (go to Support section and select Account and Data). Please note that we may ask you to confirm your acceptance of the new terms and conditions before you take a journey with us from 24 September 2022.
