General questions

To reset my password, follow these instructions:

  • Go to the link: https://partners.bolt.eu/forgotPassword
  • Enter your email in the top field.
  • Enter your mobile number in the bottom field.
  • Click Reset Password. You will then receive an SMS message. Go to the sent link and enter a new password in the top and bottom fields.

Please note that: The password must contain at least 10 characters; The password must start with a capital letter; The password must contain a number(s). See sample: Boltdriver10 After you change your password, open the Bolt Driver app, enter your username and Enter your new password in the bottom field.

Branding

Branding is possible only if the car meets the following requirements:

  • Minimum year of car production
  • Tbilisi - 2009
  • Batumi - 2006
  • Minimum year of minivan production 2005
  • The car must be left-hand drive
  • The car must not have any edges that will damage the branding
  • The car must not have any damage

Reserved orders

After accepting a booked order, it is necessary to turn on the app at least an hour and a half before the start of the order. Otherwise, your order will be canceled.
