How to Use the Insurance Program

If you are involved in a traffic accident while riding with Bolt, follow these steps to benefit from the health insurance program:

Call the patrol police and ambulance immediately or as soon as possible, depending on your health.

Request official documentation of the incident for insurance purposes.

After receiving medical attention, keep all documentation of injuries and medical services to present to the insurance company for reimbursement.
