How to Use the Insurance Program
If you are involved in a traffic accident while riding with Bolt, follow these steps to benefit from the health insurance program:
Call the patrol police and ambulance immediately or as soon as possible, depending on your health.
Request official documentation of the incident for insurance purposes.
Contact Alpha Insurance support at 032 2 640 640.
After receiving medical attention, keep all documentation of injuries and medical services to present to the insurance company for reimbursement.

The insurance program provides coverage up to 5,000 GEL for each passenger and driver per incident.
Maximum coverage: 5,000 GEL per person
Applies to both drivers and passengers
Valid only during Bolt rides in Georgia
