Please check if a rider left any personal belongings in the vehicle after each trip. If you find any lost item, and you know who left it, contact the rider via the app. You will have 24 hours to use the call option in the ride history to reach out to the rider.
If you've found a lost item in your vehicle and the passenger doesn’t claim it within 24 hours, please drop it off at our office (1027 Budapest, Henger utca 2/C) during customer service hours: Monday to Thursday, 13:00-16:30.
