I can't find my receipt (Hungary)

If you can’t find your trip summary email in your inbox, check the spam folder. In case the email is not there, please check in your profile whether the email you provided is correct.

You can change the email address in your profile if needed, so the summary of your future rides will be sent to the new email address. Unfortunately, for past rides it is technically not possible to resend the summary email to the new email address.

In case you need an invoice for your trip, please note that in Hungary, for all non-Bolt Business trips, the driver-partner is exclusively responsible for issuing an invoice. The document must be requested from the driver in the car at the end of your trip.
