You can contact support via callback request or the chat function.
Please note that you can only have one open support case per order. If you have an open chat with the Support team and you contact support again, you will be redirected to your open chat.
Callback request
The callback request option is available only during active deliveries. To request a callback follow the steps below:
- Click the red triangle in the bottom left corner of the active order screen
- Click Customer support then Request callback
- Briefly describe the issue before submitting the request (if you are hard of hearing, please state that at the beginning of the message. Our Support team will assist you via a message.)
Or:
- Open the Help section
- Click on the active order then Request callback
- Briefly describe the problem before submitting the request
Chat support
- Open the Help section
- Choose the order you need help with or chose one of the topics from the Get help with something else section
- If the article did not solve your issue, click No and then click Chat with us
Or:
- Open the All deliveries section
- Click on the order you’d like to report
- Click Report an issue and chose one of the topics from the Get help section
- If the article did not solve your issue, click No and then click Chat with us
