Driver asked cash for in-app payment trip

It’s not possible to change the selected payment method after the trip request has been accepted. The selected payment method can be checked in the rider app throughout the active order.

If the driver tried to collect or collected cash for a ride for which an in-app payment method had been selected, please contact our Support via the app to report the situation.
