Terms and conditions
The event is organized by Bolt Operations OÜ in order to reward customers for orders on the Bolt Food platform. The subject of the event is the execution of at least one order in 2 weeks.
The event lasts from December 22, 2021 – 00:01(EAT) to January 5, 2022 – 23:59 (EAT). Every Bolt Food customer with an active account in Nairobi who meets the conditions of the competition can take part in the event. The conditions of participation are:
After the results are announced, winners have the opportunity to reject the prize within a week.
The free delivery prize applies to a free base delivery worth KES 100 within a radius of 3km of the Bolt food customer’s location. The prize is valid for 1 year, from 05.01.2022 until 05.1.2023.
The draw for the three winners who have met all the conditions for participation will take place after the 2 week duration of the competition. The winners will be contacted by phone or email to claim their prize. The prize is delivery worth KES 100 for every Bolt Food restaurant order within a 3 km radius of the customer’s location.
Bolt Food customers have no legal right to win and cannot be enforced in court.
If a Bolt Food customer is drawn as a winner and accepts the prize, they agree to the publication of their name on the Bolt Food social media.
By participating in the lottery, the Bolt Food customer agrees to these rules. The announcer of the event reserves the right to change the rules or to cancel the competition at any time, especially in the event that it is threatened with damage.
The announcer will publish the change of rules or cancellation of the event on its website. The announcer of the event is not liable for any damages incurred by the winners in connection with the prizes received.
