If you are experiencing an issue logging into your app, check that:
- Your restaurant account is active
- You have entered the correct credentials
- Your internet connection is stable.
If you forgot your password:
- Press the Don't know the password button on the login screen
- Enter the email that's associated with your account
- A PIN code will be sent to your email address
- Check your email for the PIN code and enter it into the login screen
- Create a new password and press Confirm
- Your new credentials will appear on the screen. Make sure to write them down, as you will need them next time you log in.
