If you were charged for one of your trips after you purchased the pass, please consider the following possible reasons:
- The pass expired before or during the trip
- The pass reached its daily limit before or during the trip
- Your ride happened in a different city from the one where the pass was purchased. Pass can only be used in a city it was purchased for.
The amount of the final price covered by the pass is visible in the ride receipt. To check the remaining minutes and unlocks of your pass and its due date, open the app and see the details of your purchased pass in the E-bike Pass tab.
