Check the relevant instructions below:
To see your company’s current credit limit
- Click on the Billing tab in the Company Dashboard. The available credit limit is visible under Summary.
To change your company’s credit limit
- Click on the Change button next to your available credit limit under Summary in the Billing tab
- Enter your preferred amount and submit your request
Your credit limit will be updated as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
Note:

You can request to change the credit limit through the Company Dashboard once per day. If you wish to change it more than once a day or have any other issues with submitting the request through Company Dashboard, please reach out to our Support team.

If you have an outstanding overdue debt, your credit limit change request will be rejected.
