All applicable road tolls are applied to the fares automatically:

• Oslo road tolls: 9 NOK for electric vehicles/17 NOK for all other vehicles
• Bergen road tolls: 7 NOK for all vehicles.

If the toll road was taken but the fee does not reflect in the final fare:

• Do not confirm the price
• Report a problem with the price
• Choose the relevant reason and leave a comment if needed.

We will review the trip details and confirm the correct price. When the price review is completed, the trip price will be shown in the ride history, and the amount will be added to your balance.

Oslo road tolls:

• Bygrensen - The county of Oslo. This is a 1-way toll only applicable when going into Oslo. There are a total of 25 tolls.
• Osloringen -  Wider city of Oslo. This is a 2-way toll applicable when going both directions. There are a total of 23 tolls.
• Indre ring - The city centre. This is a 2-way toll applicable when going both directions. There are a total of 35 tolls.
