Uploading your Transport Service License
You can drive using either Bolt’s TSL label or your own — totally up to you.
If you’ve received your TSL label from Bolt or if you have an updated TSL label and want to upload it, here’s how:
What you'll need

A clear, legible photo of your TSL label, make sure it show your name or company name and the expiry date

Access to your driver account via the Bolt App or the following link (if using a PC) - Bolt Driver Portal
Steps to Upload your TSL Label

Navigate to 'Settings'
Open your Bolt Driver App
Access the 'Menu'
(can be found on the top left corner of the screen)
Enter 'Settings' Tab


Access your 'Documents'
Once in 'Settings', click on 'Account'

Click on 'Documents' to be taken to the Document Portal via browser.



Upload your TSL Label

Scroll down the list until you reach the TSL tab.
Upload the image of your TSL label.
The documents page will show you all your current (and expiring) documents.


Submit & Wait for Approval
We’ll review it and let you know once it’s approved.

Upload your TSL Label via PC / Desktop


Access 'My Documents'
Once signed in on the Home Page, select 'My Documents' on the top right corner of the screen.

Upload your TSL Label
The documents page will show you all your current (and expiring) documents.

Scroll down the list until you reach the TSL tab.
Upload the image of your TSL label.


Submit & Wait for Approval
We’ll review it and let you know once it’s approved.

Helpful Tips

Make sure your TSL is current - expired documents won't be accepted!

Transport Service Licence (TSL): Apply for your Transport Service License (TSL) through our driver registration portal to operate under Bolt's TSL, or apply for your own TSL at your local Driver Licensing agent.​

Certificate of Fitness: If an inspector requests it, please provide our TSL number, 0338549, to utilise Bolt's TSL.​
