Once you sign up, you’ll automatically receive the benefits described in the subscriptions section of your app. For Rides, you will receive 10% back in bolt balance rewards for rides you take, priority pickup for your rides and access to other benefits. Learn more about these benefits in the FAQs below.
You can cancel your membership in your Bolt app 24 hours before its renewal. If you cancel within 14 days of the beginning of your membership, you will be entitled to a refund. If you cancel any time after 14 days of the beginning of your membership — the amount will not be refunded; however, your membership benefits will still be available until the end of your membership period.
Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can also check, cancel and manage your membership in your Bolt app.
Bolt Plus benefits are valid only within the country in which you've signed up for membership. Please note that Rides benefits do not cover Bolt Business rides.
Yes, Bolt Plus benefits don't affect driver earnings.
Get Bolt Balance cashback on all rides. Cashback is automatically added to your Bolt Balance within 20 minutes of completing your ride and the amount depends on your region. Once earned, cashback is automatically applied to the next time you pay for any service Bolt provides, unless your selected payment method is cash or Bolt Business. Cashback cannot be transferred to others.
