Blik Activation from Bolt Food 2023
Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions
General
- Bolt Operations OÜ, address Vana-Lõuna tn 15, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 14532901 is the organiser of the campaign Blik Activation from Bolt Food 2023 (Campaign).
- The Campaign will be held in Poland at the specified start and end date 24.10.2023 to 24.11.2023 (inclusive) with the gradual rollout for particular groups(Term of the Campaign):
2.1 Group 1 - 24.10.2023-31.10.2023 2.2 Group 2 - 01.11.2023-08.11.2023 2.3 Group 3- 09.11.2023-16.11.2023 2.4 Group 4 - 17.11.2023- 24.11.2023.
- The procedure of the Campaign is established in current Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions and in the conditions specified in the promotional and additional materials of the Campaign, which are mandatory for all Participants.
- Selected users who have a personal Bolt Food App Client account, who comply with Bolt’s Terms and Conditions for Clients available at https://bolt.eu/en-pl/legal/?category=delivery and have never used Blik as a payment method are eligible to take part in the Campaign (Participant).
- Prior registration for the Campaign is not required; however, in order to participate in the Campaign, the Participant must accept current Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Campaign
- To participate in the Campaign, the Participant must have never used Blik as a payment method on Bolt Food platform, must receive a dedicated communication via email, push or as an in-app banner. The Participant must select Blik as a payment method when completing the order during the Term of the Campaign (marked in the email, push or on banner in the app), in the Bolt Food Platform.
- A discount of 35% will apply immediately to the order in case of using the Blik as a payment method. The discount can be capped at 30 PLN. The discount code can be used only once (1) per account.
Privacy
- In the Campaign, Bolt processes data of the Participant in order to fulfil the conditions of the Campaign and to pursue its legitimate interests, pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Bolt is a data controller of Participant’s personal data
- The data is provided to Bolt voluntarily, but failing to do so may lead to Bolt not being able to contact the winner of the Campaign. Bolt may share Participant’s data with other entities within Bolt group, providers of online cloud storage services and other essential IT services and providers of marketing services. Bolt may also be obliged to share Participant’s personal data with public authorities authorized to process personal data. Where Bolt shares data with its suppliers located outside of the EU or EEA, such transfer of personal data will take place only upon appropriate legal basis, and Bolt will take appropriate protective measures such as standard contractual clauses or the adequacy decision issued by the European Commission.
- The data is acquired directly from the Participant and via Bolt Food mobile application.
- The Participant has a right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. Where a Participant's data is processed on the basis of a consent, the Participant has a right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In case of any unresolved privacy concerns, the Participant has the right to complain to a data protection authority.
- For any queries related to Bolt’s processing practices, the Participant may contact Bolt by post at Bolt Operations OÜ, Vana-Lõuna tn 15, Tallinn 10135. The Participant may contact Bolt’s Data Protection Officer electronically at [email protected].
- The personal data of the Participant will be kept until the winner is presented with the Prize. After the Prize is presented to the winner, Bolt will only retain the winner's first name for one year for use in the media, advertising and other Bolt-related events, and additional data as appropriate conditioned upon the Participant giving their consent to this processing activity separately to Bolt...
Prohibited activities
- The Participant will not engage in any fraudulent, unethical or unlawful activity, any activity which is not transparent to Bolt, or any activity that intentionally or unintentionally misuses or circumvents the Campaign.
- The Participant will also not display or transmit any material (either directly or indirectly, for example through a referral link or any other media) that:
15.1 is inappropriate, unethical, threatening, abusive or invasive of another’s privacy, or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
15.2 is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person; 15.3 impersonates any person, or misrepresents Participants identity or affiliation with any person; 15.4 gives the impression that such material emanates from Bolt unless specifically given to Participant by Bolt for that purpose; or 15.5 is detrimental to Bolt’s reputation.
Obligations/Other
- By participating in the Campaign, the Participant confirms that he/she has read and agrees to current Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- Should circumstances of force majeure appear, Bolt shall have the right to discontinue the Campaign without prior notice or any consequences. If possible, Bolt shall provide notice of such discontinuation through Bolt’s blog, website, in client communications, e-mails and/or social media channels.
- Bolt reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the Campaign, including to unilaterally change and supplement current Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions, without prior notice thereof. Bolt will publish such decisions regarding the Campaign via Bolt’s blog, website, in client communications, e-mails and/or social media channels.
- Bolt has the right to remove the Participant from the Campaign without prior notice should the Participant infringe current Marketing Campaign Terms and Conditions.
- Bolt is not responsible for any faults caused by a third party which prevents the Participant from participating in the Campaign. All complaints related to the organisation of the Campaign must be presented to Bolt via following e-mail [email protected] during the Term of the Campaign. Bolt will not process complaints regarding the Campaign which will be sent after the Term of the Campaign.
