For Riders
- Riders can view ride receipts directly in the Bolt app.
- To access them: Open the app → Rides → Select a ride → “Get receipt” at the bottom of the screen.
- The receipt is a trip summary only and is not valid for tax purposes.
- In Paraguay, Bolt does not issue legal or fiscal receipts to riders.
- If a rider requires a legal receipt for tax purposes, it may be requested from the driver; however, drivers are not obligated to provide one.
