General vehicle requirements
To be eligible on the Bolt platform, vehicles must meet the following requirements:
- Have the green card registration
- Be manufactured in 2007 or later
- Submitted vehicle picture with a visible license plate
- Vehicle insurance (not mandatory)
Specific categories have additional requirements and are only available in some cities, as detailed below.

Bolt base
- Available in Asunción, Caaguazú, Ciudad del Este, Concepción, Coronel Oviedo, Encarnación, Villarrica
- Only cars
- Must include Air Conditioner
- Vehicle must be manufactured from 2007 onwards
Bolt L
- Available in Asunción
- Only large cars
- Must include Air Conditioner
- Vehicle must be manufactured from 2007 onwards
Branded
- Available only in Asunción, San Lorenzo, Fernando de la Mora, and Luque
- Must be a branded car
- Must include Air Conditioner
Economy
- Available in Asunción, Caaguazú, Ciudad del Este, Concepción, Coronel Oviedo, Encarnación, Villarrica
- Only cars
- No restrictions for presence of air conditioning, vehicle brand, size
- Vehicle must be manufactured from 2007 onwards
Moto
- Available in Asunción, Caaguazú, Ciudad del Este, Concepción, Coronel Oviedo, Villarrica
- Only motorbikes
- Vehicle must be manufactured from 2007 onwards
Bolt Send
- Available in Asunción and Ciudad del Este
- Only motorbikes
- Vehicle must be manufactured from 2007 onwards
Bolt Comfort
- Available in Ciudad del Este, Encarnación and Asunción
- Only large cars
- Must include Air Conditioner
- Vehicle must be manufactured from 2017 onwards
Bolt Mujer
- Available in Asunción, Encarnación
