How to pay the commission?
If you have a negative balance, you can pay the commission to Bolt via the Captain Talabat or STC Pay app.
Captain Talabat:
- Download the Captain Talabat app
- Register with the phone number linked to your driver account
- Go to Charging cards
- Select the amount you wish to be sent to your driver balance
- Pay for the transaction with a credit card or Apple Pay
STC Pay:
- Download the STC Pay app
- Register with the phone number linked to your driver account
- Go to Business payments
- Select Bolt
- Select the amount you wish to be sent to your driver balance
- Pay for the transaction with a credit card or Apple Pay
How long does it take to process the payment?
Once the payment has been made, it can take up to 24 hours for the amount to be visible in your balance.
