Your payments are calculated automatically every week. A payment cycle runs from Monday (00:00) to Sunday (23:59). If you are due to receive a payout, we will send the funds during the first half of the following week.
We will send your payout to the bank account or mobile wallet linked to your driver profile. Depending on the local bank’s processing time, it may take 1-4 business days for the transaction to be completed and the payout to be received.
If you didn’t receive a payout, please make sure that:
- Your driver account is active and not blocked
- The bank account details associated with your driver profile are correct. If there is a typo, please update the bank account details, the earnings are carried over to the next week and included in the following payout.
- Your balance by the end of the week was 50 SAR or higher. If the threshold is not met, the balance is carried over to the next week and included in the following payout.
If you use a bank account of a company or another person, please approach them regarding your payout.
