Payouts are automatically calculated and generated twice every week, on Sundays and Wednesdays.
How long does it take for a payout to reflect in my bank account?
Once generated, payouts typically take 1-2 business days to reflect in your bank account.
This timeframe may vary depending on your local bank's processing times.
Which bank account will my payout be sent to?
Your payout will be sent to the bank account linked to your driver profile.
What should I do if I haven't received a payout?
If you haven't received a payout, please check the following:
- Driver account access: Ensure your driver account access is not suspended.
- Bank account details: Verify that the bank account details associated with your driver profile are correct.
If there is a typo, please update your bank account details.
Any outstanding earnings will be carried over and included in the following payout. - Balance threshold: Confirm that your balance by the payout days is 50 SAR or higher.
If this threshold is not met, the balance will be carried over to the next week and included in the following payout.
What if I use a company or another person's bank account?
If you use a bank account belonging to a company or another individual, please ensure that the account holder name is updated correctly in the relevant field in your driver profile.
