Bolt has launched a Ladies section designed specifically for female drivers. To make driving more comfortable for women, Bolt has launched a Ladies section, a special privilege for this section where you can only accept female passengers, and you can also choose not to accept male passengers without losing points. 1. If you feel uncomfortable while driving and want to be safe, you can choose to accept jobs in the Ladies category 2. This category is available in 4 cities where Bolt operates. 3. You can drive in this category anywhere, anytime, 24 hours a day. 4. While driving in the Ladies category, you can earn up to 1.2 times the maximum RPM of the Bolt category. 5. You can cancel the job without losing points if the passenger is a man. 6. After 6pm, Ladies category will not be able to accept cash jobs for the safety of drivers and passengers. You need to select Ladies category on the driver app to get jobs in this category. If the passenger is male, you can cancel the job with a reason such as Male customer and contact Bolt support to get your points refunded. Attempting to pose as a driver, especially in the Ladies section, will get you blocked. The goal of this section is to enable women and children to use bolt services safely.
