Driver accounts can be suspended for a number of reasons. If you believe your account was suspended unfairly, please contact Bolt Support. Remember, you can only create one driver account.
You can add or change vehicles in your driver app as shown in the video below:
Due to the high volume of requests for vehicle additions, we try to confirm your vehicle addition within 1 week.
Vehicles that can drive with Bolt must meet the following requirements:
- Private cars must not be older than 9 years from the date of registration.
- Taxis must be older than 12 years from the date of registration
- Motorcycles must have engines not exceeding 125 CC.
- Electric bicycles must have engines of less than 250 watts and not exceeding 4 kilowatts.
Our team tries their best to contact you within 2 days via SMS and email.
You can send new documents via the driver app.
Documents
We are not currently requiring drivers to submit a public driving license. However, having a public driving license will benefit drivers because you will be assured that you are following the law and can drive without worry.
We are not currently requiring drivers to have an electronic taxi sticker, but having an electronic taxi sticker will benefit drivers. In addition to ensuring that they are following the law, drivers who have this document may also receive special privileges from us.
We are not currently requiring drivers to submit this document.
Bolt stickers
Bolt will pay for all sticker costs for you.
The amount depends on the number of rounds you drive.
For Bangkok:
- Drive 25 rounds and get a bonus of 250 per week.
- Drive 35 rounds and get a bonus of 450 per week.
- Drive 45 rounds and get a bonus of 600 per week.
For Chiang Mai
- Drive 10 rounds and get a bonus of 250 per week.
- You must be in the campaign for at least 3 months.
- Bolt will inspect the condition of the car with the sticker every month.
- After the campaign ends or you leave the campaign, you must remove the sticker yourself, unless the campaign is renewed.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to apply a sticker. After a short while, you can hit the road.
Stickers applied by our partners will not damage the paint of the car.
You can wash your car as usual after applying the sticker.
Bolt Send
- Try to contact the recipient via the phone number provided by the sender.
- If you cannot contact anyone and the recipient does not show up within 5 minutes (or beyond the time you agreed with the sender), you can leave the drop-off location.
- If the package cannot be delivered to the recipient, please return it to the sender.
- Before leaving the drop-off location, inform our support team of the situation and the location where you will return the package.
