Bolt does not provide any Transportation Services or engage in transportation dispatching services. Transportation Services and all such transportation dispatching services are provided by the Transportation Service Providers and/or Fleets, who operate as independent third parties and are not employed or subcontracted by Bolt or any of its affiliates. - You acknowledge and understand that by requesting and using Transportation Services via the Bolt App, the Passenger (You) enters into a transportation contract directly with the Fleet and/or Transportation Service Provider. The Fare payable for the Transportation Service You receive via your use of the Bolt App will be collected by Bolt on behalf of the Fleet. Depending on the payment options supported for a given location of the journey, You can choose to pay for the Transportation Services either in cash or use Bolt in-App Payment. Charges for the provision of Transportation Services via the Bolt App will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
