If you chose to use your own couriers to deliver an order, an incoming order would be tagged as Own Delivery. 

• Once you prepare the order, press the Ready For Pickup button
• When your courier picks up the order, press the Picked up button
• Once the order has been delivered, press the Delivered button.

Please contact Support if you want to switch the delivery type from own delivery to platform delivery or in case of problems with the order.
