1. To ensure the safety of our community, every Bolt driver has to submit a Criminal Record 2. How to get a Criminal Record

Go to your local Department of Justice with these documents:

1. Go to this website and choose your local region to start this application 2. Sign in using VNeID 3. Fill in all information and pay the fee of 200.000 VND

1. Install and Sign in VNeID app 2. Navigate to Criminal Record request 3. Type your passcode 4. Create a new request. Indicate if it is for yourself or for someone else 5. Fill in all required information and pay the fee of 200.000 VND (if applicable) 6. Whenever the request is done by the Department of Justice, download the digital version of the Criminal Record and submit to Bolt

If you do not have the official Criminal Record by the time of application, we accept these documents as placeholders until you obtain the official documents. You must submit the official criminal record latest 30 days after onboarding date to avoid having the account temporarily paused: 1. Criminal Record Appointment letter with a valid appointment date 2. Apology and Appointment Letter with a valid appointment date 3. Proof of Criminal Record registration on VNeID
