2W Driver Sign Up Requirements

- The Identity Card must be issued by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam - We accept only Identity Cards (“Căn cước” or “Căn cước công dân”) (issued from 2016 onwards). Identity Cards with the old format (Paper-based, issued before 2016) will not be accepted - Photo must match with profile picture - Last name and First name of the identity card must match with Last name and First name registered in this form and match with Last name and First name on Driver License and Criminal - Record - Age: 18 - 60 for Male, 18 - 55 for Female - Must be Vietnamese citizen - The Expiry date must be valid

- The Driver’s License must be issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Transportation - We accept all versions of the Driver’s License with a valid Expiry Date - You must obtain the appropriate Driver’s License Class to sign up for the 2-Wheel or 4-Wheel service. - We accept both Criminal Record Type 1 and Type 2 provided by the Vietnamese Department of Justice. - The document’s date must be within 10 months from the current date - All personal details (Name, Date of birth, Gender, Place of Origin, Nationality, Permanent Residence, Temporary Residence) on the Criminal Record must match those of the Identity Card - The criminal record status must show: “No Criminal Record” - If you do not have the official Criminal Record by the time of application, we accept these documents as placeholders until you obtain the official documents: 1. Criminal Record Appointment letter with a valid appointment date 2. Apology and Appointment Letter with a valid appointment date 3. Proof of Criminal Record registration on VNeID

- The Vehicle Registration must represent the vehicle you register for Bolt’s services with matching brand, model and plate number. You do not have to be the owner of the vehicle - We accept all versions of the Vehicle Registration with a valid Expiry Date

- The Vehicle Insurance must be for the same the vehicle used for registration and the expiry date must still be valid - Vehicle type must higher than 50cc or an electric vehicle
