1. CONTEST ORGANIZER
1.1 The organizer of the Contest “Win A 3 X R10 000 Towards Your Next Move With Bolt” (the “Contest”) is:

hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Organizer”.
1.2 For general questions arising out of these Contest Terms and/or related to this Contest, please contact Organizer at email@example.com.
2.1. The Contest will run from 00:00 (GMT+2), 10 October 2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 (GMT+2), 17 November 2019 (the “Closing Date”). The period from the Opening Date until the Closing Date (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
3.1. A user with a Bolt passenger account (“Passenger”), who complies with Bolt’s General Terms for Passengers (”Passengers Terms”) and the terms of the Contest (“Contest T&Cs”) including required eligibility in section 4, may enter through obtaining Entries (as defined below) in accordance with Clause 3.2.
3.2. Passengers must share a picture on Instagram through a post with the hashtag #driveyournextmove to obtain an entry to the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Entry” and multiple entries as the “Entries”). To qualify as an Entry, a post must include a caption with a statement on the Passenger’s dream and how they would like to use the Prize to achieve this. Passengers may submit more than one Entry through submitting additional posts.
3.3. There is no purchase is necessary to participate in this Contest.
3.4. Organizer will not accept responsibility for Contest entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid
4.1. Passengers must meet the eligibility requirements of these Contest T&C’s. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements will result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of the Prize.
4.2. The Contest is only open to individuals resident/domiciled in South Africa, who are in possession of valid identity documentation, over the age of 13, and are a registered user of the Bolt Platform, except the following who are not eligible:
4.2.1. directors, representatives and/or employees of Bolt South Africa and/or Bolt or of any other company part of the Bolt group;
4.2.2. directors, representatives and/or employees of any company that has contractual relations with Bolt South Africa and/or Bolt that may influence directly or indirectly the Contest. For avoidance of any doubt, this prohibition shall not apply to the persons fulfilling the condition provided by Art. 3.1 let. a).
4.2.3. married partners or relatives up to the second degree of those listed in letters a and b above.
4.3. Organizer will not accept Contest entries that are:
4.3.1. automatically generated by computer; or
4.3.2. completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.4. Organizer will require Winners to provide proof of eligibility and proof of registration as a passenger through the Bolt Platform.
4.5. Any Passengers which are in breach of any applicable Bolt terms and conditions will be disqualified. Please see https://bolt.eu/en/legal. Organizer further reserves all rights to disqualify Passenger if conduct is deemed by Organizer to be contrary to the spirit or intention of the Contest**.**
5. WINNERS AND PRIZES
5.1. There will be three (3) winners (each individually hereinafter referred to as the “Winner” and jointly as the “Winners”). After the Winner has proven eligibility, they will collaborate with the Organizer to confirm how to use R10 000 towards the dream described in the Winners Entry Post (“Prize”).
5.2. Organizer will select where to purchase the Prize (“Supplier”) and will only complete one payment for the Prize to the Supplier’s business, which must be a registered South Africa. Any money not used in the purchase transaction for the Prize will become void and is not eligible to be carried over or paid out. The purchase transaction may not exceed the maximum value of the Prize after tax. The Winner may not opt to pay the difference for a potential transaction valued higher than the Prize.
5.3. The Prize must be used towards a purchase which corresponds with the dream stated in the selected Entry. Organizer will have the final say on what can be purchased as the Prize.
5.4. The Winners will be selected on 18 November 2019 by a judge nominated at the sole discretion of Organizer (“Judge”). The Judge will select Winner’s at the Judges sole discretion and may make such selection through consideration of each Entry for each eligible Entry.
5.5. The decision of the Judge is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.6. Organizer will announce the selected Winners after 18 November 2019 through a post on Bolt South Africa’s Instagram page, which will include the Winners Instagram handle used to submit the winning Entry.
5.7. Winners must direct message Bolt South Africa on Instagram to verify their eligibility through providing their telephone number or email address used at the time of registration or as updated in the Bolt Platform. It is the Winner's responsibility to ensure that their details are up to date. If the Winner does contact Bolt South Africa through Instagram direct message within two (2) days of being announced as a Winner, then the Prize will be cancelled, and a new Winner chosen by the Judge.
5.8. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner’s behalf.
5.9. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
5.10. Organizer will not grant any compensation in money or other benefits to that Passenger declared Winner, but who does not meet the eligibility conditions or does not comply with the terms and conditions for granting/claiming the Prize.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
6.2. By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to the Contest T&Cs and Organizer publishing or making available his/her name, likeness, image and/ or voice (including photograph and video recording of the same) and county in Bolt’s website and any other marketing channels, including social media channels and newsletters. If the Winner objects to its name or county being published or made available, the Winner shall contact Bolt via Press@Bolt.eu. In such circumstances, Bolt may still be required to provide the information and winning entry to a regulatory authority on request.
6.3. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by Bolt in its absolute discretion.
6.4. All Passengers who submit an Entry hereby grant to Organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of Entry content. This allows Organizer or any Bolt group company to use and share the content used in any Entry post as they see fit.
6.5. Passengers warrants that all Entries will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.
6.6. Organizer takes no responsibility and assume no liability for any Entry by a Passenger or any third-party.
7.1. Nothing in these Contest T&Cs limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude and liability to the extent that it cannot be legally limited or excluded by law, for death or personal injury arising out of its negligence, and for losses suffered as a result of a party's fraud or fraudulent statement.
7.2. Subject to the limitations above, Organizer excludes from these Contest T&Cs: (a) all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom; (b) all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); (c) all liability whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Contest, including, without limitation, the following: (i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organizer’s control); (ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organizer) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Bolt; (iv) any tax implications; (v) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Contest T&Cs; (vi) any tax liability incurred by a successful claimant or Passenger; and/or (vii) the Prize or use of the Prize
8.1. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Passenger from the Contest at its own discretion or if evidence of abuse or fraud is found. In the event of any dispute, Organizer’s decision will be considered full and final.
8.2. Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest T&Cs at any time and it is the Passengers’s responsibility to check for changes and updates.
8.3. Organizer reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this Contest at any time for any reason.
8.4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Contest T&Cs, Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a Passenger from participating in the Contest.
8.5. Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.7. These Contest T&Cs will be governed by South African Law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
