IT Manager
We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Manager to join our IT team. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations and security of our internal systems, applications, and infrastructure. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that our IT operations meet the business needs and are aligned with the company’s goals.

About the role

Your daily adventures will include:
- Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the company’s objectives and comply with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identifying opportunities for IT improvements, and designing solutions that meet those needs.
- Defining and maintaining IT service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that they are met or exceeded.
- Leading and managing a team of IT professionals to support the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services and solutions.
- Ensuring the security and privacy of company data and systems by implementing appropriate controls, procedures, and technologies.
- Monitoring and evaluating emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Managing IT budgets and forecast expenses related to IT initiatives.
- Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and security.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with IT budgeting and financial management.
