About the role

As an Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to attend the office the majority of the time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape, here’s your chance! Working in tandem with cross-functional and HQ stakeholders, you will spearhead local operations projects, reporting to the Operations Manager. This is crucial support for our overarching mission to enhance the sustainability, accessibility, and affordability of cities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead local growth initiatives, owning the Events & Venues program and driving impact during major events and high-volume venues (think stations, stadiums…)
Manage and scale the Car Branding program to boost Bolt’s visibility and strengthen driver engagement across key cities.
Optimize operations and processes, identifying smarter, faster ways to improve efficiency and scalability
Analyze market and performance data, from driver earnings to supply metrics, to uncover insights and shape local strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between (Central) Operations, Product, Customer Support, Legal on priorities and process updates.
Support business growth through partnerships, working with local venues and businesses to enhance demand and strengthen supply.
Main tasks and responsibilities:

About you:

You have 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Startups, or other relevant organizations
You are a great collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Dutch.
You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, and you have hands-on operational skills.
You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth.
