You can download an offline version of these Terms for your record and future reference here.
By subscribing to a Bolt Offer, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions. Capitalized terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Términos y Condiciones generales para los Socios de Flota or the Términos y Condiciones Generales para Conductores Independientes(as applicable).
Please note that these specific terms apply to goods and/or services provided by third party providers/suppliers who offer, via the Bolt App, Bolt Platform or Bolt Landing Page, promotional campaigns for the provision of various goods and/or services to Fleet Partners and/or Independent Drivers (as applicable) (hereinafter referred to as a “Third Party Provider”).
You are contracting directly with that specific Third Party Provider. By choosing goods/services provided by a Third Party Provider, you may be forwarded to this Third Party Provider webpage and be subject to this Third Party Provider’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
The Third Party Provider is responsible for any obligations that may arise from the provision of its goods and/or services. Bolt is not liable for any damages or losses arising from any transaction between you and a Third Party Provider, nor is Bolt liable for the availability and accuracy of the content, products or services of the Third Party Provider.
Bolt App, Bolt Platform and Bolt Landing Page are merely used as a marketing channel which inform you of the goods/services provided by a Third Party Provider, or benefits and discounts related to such goods/services.
For the sake of clarity, Bolt does not provide itself nor is it an intermediary provider of such goods/services provided by Third Party Providers. All Third Party Providers are, in turn, independent third party contractors, registered businesses or other legal entities who are not employed by or acting on behalf of Bolt.
