You can add a substitute partner to deliver an active order. This requires this substitute partner to have an active Bolt Food partner account.
This is to ensure that all Bolt Food partners meet the requirements to make a delivery.
Submit a substitution request
To make a substitution request, you must contact our support team via the Bolt Courier app. You will need to enter the following partner details:
- Full Name
- Mobile phone number
Please note that the number of requests received may be affected by this request.
Payment for services provided on your behalf will be transferred to the usual payment method of the replacement partner.
