I don't receive orders

If you don’t receive order requests, make sure:

  • You are using the latest app version
  • You are located in the service area. You can also see the areas with higher demand on the map in the app.
  • You have a stable internet connection
  • Battery save mode is turned off.

If you have any outstanding commission, you may not receive orders with a cash payment method. Please settle it with Bolt to receive cash rides as well.
