To change your bank account information, please contact our Support team via the app and provide your new account details. 

Bank details requirements

• The account holder name must be correct and consist only of letters from A to Z (e.g. John Smith)
• The mobile wallet number should be 12 digits long and start with the country code (255). The country code should not have a plus sign or 0 before or after it.
• Your mobile wallet number should start with one of the following prefixes: 
  • Airtel: 25568, 25578, 25569
  • Vodacom: 25575, 25576, 25574
  • Tigo: 25571, 25565, 25567
• The branch code must be correct (selected from the drop-down list).
