You can check your balance in the app. If your balance is a negative figure, please pay this amount to Bolt in the following way:
- Tap the Pay to Bolt option
- Select the Bank Transfer option
During your first payment, you will receive a virtual account number. This number will not expire and is to be used for all your future payments.
Please use your banking app, agent or bank to deposit the payment. Both you and Bolt will receive a payment notification once the payment is successful.
Note: You do not need to enter a reference number when making the payment. Simply use the provided virtual account number.
