In general, pickup priority for airport trips is by ‘lottery’ and not by ‘longest wait’. This means that requests can come through to any driver within the correct radius of the passenger, not necessarily to the driver who has been waiting for the longest time.
Airport fees are automatically added to the final ride price when applicable. If the airport fee was not automatically added to the fare, please request a fare review before confirming the final amount.
There is a waiting area at Bristol airport which is free for up to 60 minutes and is located next to the entrance of the Silver Zone car park.
When you complete a trip to or from Bristol airport an additional fee of £5.00 will be added to the final trip price.
You can use the following areas for dropping off and picking up passengers:
Drop and Go car park
- £5.00 for up to 10 minutes, £7.00 for up to 20 minutes
- Located adjacent to the terminal (best for express drop-offs)
Short stay and pickup car park
- £5.00 for up to 20 minutes, £7.00 for up to 40 minutes
- Located opposite the terminal, with a short walk to the terminal
