In general, pickup priority for airport trips is by ‘lottery’ and not by ‘longest wait’. This means that requests can come through to any driver within the correct radius of the passenger, not necessarily to the driver who has been waiting for the longest time.
Airport fees are automatically added to the final ride price when applicable. If the airport fee was not automatically added to the fare when it should have been, please request a fare review before confirming the final amount.
Drop-off area
- Free for up to 10 minutes
- Located directly outside the terminal
- No additional fees are added to the fare
Pick-up area: Short stay car park
- £1.00 for up to 10 minutes
- Located a short walk from the terminal building
- An additional fee of £1.00 will be added to the final trip price
Pick-up area: Long stay car park
- Free for up to 20 minutes
- Located a short walk from the terminal building
Note: Access to the drop-off and pick-up areas is possible via the Eastern approach (Port Road), or the Western approach (roundabout signed A4226 and B4265).
